John Bolton is a Connecticut attorney, Westport Planning & Zoning commissioner, and the Republican candidate for Attorney General. The son of a longtime auditor with the Connecticut State Auditors of Public Accounts, John learned the values of transparency and accountability at the dinner table. He is running for Attorney General because the office has drifted from its constitutional mission, and as Attorney General, he will refocus it on the concerns that actually affect Connecticut families — affordability, healthcare, public safety, and accountability in state government.
